Fantastisk oplevelse: I have attended a few events in Natha and always felt very welcomed by the warm-hearted community there. It is a pleasure to visit each time and I can say I have genuine life-long friends from the yoga centre. This is a treasure of a yoga centre in Copenhagen. If you want spiritual teachings and practical tools that truly work (not hocus pocus / "woo woo"), then this centre along with its' experienced teachers are top tier. I have not come across courses which are so in-depth! Try for yourself, rather than believe any hype. Thank you Natha!

The teachers are obviously very knowledgeable and have a lot of experience, but they are also down to earth and practical - and they practise what they preach. I can't recommend Natha highly enough!

Fantastisk oplevelse: I can recommend this Yoga School for those who are interested in going deeper into the esoteric and traditional aspects of yoga, meditation, and tantra. Here you will find genuine spiritual teachings and efficient techniques for personal transformation and growth in all areas of life. These teachings are not to be confused with pure gymnastic fitness yoga or sexualised neo-tantra. I have been following these teachings and courses for several years and can testify that the techniques bring wonderful effects, the community is inclusive, safe, and supportive, and the teachers are themselves active students.

Negativ oplevelse: Please do your research before joining this school. The atmancultalert website is a good starting point- here you can see documentaries made about this place. There is a lot more going on behind the scenes than most people are aware of. It is important to know about these things before you get into bad experiences.

Fantastisk oplevelse: Undervisning har en usædvanlig høj kvalitet. Trænerne er ekstremt kvalificerede, imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Jeg tror ikke, at der findes et bedre eller mere dybtgående tilbud i Danmark. Men vær åben, tålmodig og vedholdende - man bliver bygget op stille og roligt - uden shortcuts og løfter om hurtige mirakler. Teoridelen er omfattende, der er meget, der skal læses - så man skal have lyst til og mod på at sætte sig ind i østen gamle visdom.

You won't regret it!

Fantastisk oplevelse: The only place in Copenhagen which teaches the Real Thing. Experienced teachers, university-level material, ongoing courses with each week providing new theoretical guidelines (including pages-long written handouts - every week!) and practical methods of practicing Tantra, Yoga, Meditation. Those courses are the most valuable knowledge I ever encountered - it's a life changing experience which cannot be equaled to hot yoga or any gym experience. Go and check it yourself.

Negativ oplevelse: Jeg har været engangt til prøve time , og læreren anede intet om yoga . Han plaprede løs om kærligheden og chakra. Det her sted er ikke for seriøse yoga udøvere.

Fantastisk oplevelse: Jeg er bare vild med tantrakurset på Natha! Jeg har fulgt det i ét år nu og det bliver bare bedre og bedre. Jeg har fået en del yogaøvelser der virkelig har hjulpet mig til at kunne slappe af og koncentrere mig. Og så kan man lige spise på byens bedste vegetarrestaurant bagefter: Ambrosia Yogarestaurant :-)

Fantastisk oplevelse: The most profound yoga classes. Both yoga, tantra and meditation courses are rich in theory and practice. You really get to understand why the techniques are working.

Fantastisk oplevelse: We went there on valentinesday and we had an amazing experience of so called "angelsircle" and a bit meditation + everyone learned tango within 30 min. (There was like 50 people there) so i loved it.

Negativ oplevelse: I just finished a 'Yoga-class' at the Natha Yogacenter and I have to say it was a quite controversial experience, not only gave the female teacher strange suggestions during the practice, some were even unintelligible. Like '..the disappearance of sexual trauma..'; one doesn't have to be a psychologist to know that such trauma may take years to heal if not a lifetime, just ask any victim of child abuse or rape, obviouly this will not be resolved by doing a Posture for a few minutes. Next wierd thing that happened when I went towards the exit to leave, is that one of the women, a fellow teacher garbed & played with her beasts as if it's the most normal thing to do in a public space. Not to speak of the fact that she presented me with her Lust, an aspect of her lower self, which for the elevated & spiritual school they presented to be, simply didn't make sense to me at all. So, overall a pretty confusing experience, and I'm a person that is quite clear on things and not easily irritated.
