Vesterbronx Gym

Fantastisk oplevelse: Det er over 10 år siden, at VB gik fra et nedslidt Wing Chung center til VesterBronx Gym som det er i dag, og jeg har nydt transformationen i fulde drag. Det har aldrig faldet mig ind at skulle træne andre steder, da jeg ikke er stødt på et træningscenter, der lever op til den høje standard, som VB gør. Der er fokus på udstyret og maskinerne, som altid har været den bedste kvalitet. Men derudover er der altid en god stemning i VB! Man bliver budt velkommen af det altid imødekommende personale, der står i receptionen, og der er altid tid til et snak, hvis man har lyst til det. Det er og bliver Danmarks fedeste center!

Fantastisk oplevelse: Went there on vacation with a day pass, which was 75kr, which is super fair. The gym is super clean, spacious and has a great variety of machines. There are also some rare ones like a pullover machine and a pendulum squat. Definitely recommended!

Fantastisk oplevelse: Vesterbronx Gym is truly one of a kind. The staff are extremely friendly and so easy to approach. They immediately make you feel welcome the moment you step in. The gym itself is spotless, with a wide and spacious layout that never feels crowded. The machines are top-notch, and there’s an amazing variety of equipment to cover every type of workout. On top of that, they offer a great selection of products you can buy, making it a perfect all-in-one place for fitness lovers. What really stands out is how foreigner-friendly it is. The team communicates very well in English, which makes everything smooth and comfortable. Honestly, this is the kind of gym that makes you say: “Okay, I definitely must go here again!” Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality, professionalism, and a truly motivating environment. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Fantastisk oplevelse: Really solid gym. If you’re looking for somewhere to train in Copenhagen, this is the place. I came a few years ago and since then, they’ve added heaps of equipment and kept the day pass the same price, which is the opposite of what most gyms are doing nowadays. €10 or $18 AUD for the day pass is a steal.

Fantastisk oplevelse: A great gym with a coast stray of machines and barbells. Their day pass is also so so so reasonable, compared to any other city I’ve travelled to in Europe. :)

Fantastisk oplevelse: Such a nice place to visit! I had only one day in Copenhagen and I didn't want to skip my gym day. I found this place and think it's amazing for this type of use. Friendly stuff, great equipment and clear space is everything what you want and you will get in here. One of the best workouts I ever had.

Fantastisk oplevelse: Quite possibly the best gym I've ever been to. Insane choice of equipment. Amazing staff that went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Even giving us recommendations for things to do when visiting Copenhagen. Must stop for any gym bro visiting Denmark.

Fantastisk oplevelse: Bedste center i landet. Før var jeg en sart lille blomst uden muskler. Nu ligner jeg en hydraulisk fryser og kan bænke vægt svarende til en Honda Civic.

Positiv oplevelse: Bliver altid mødt af venligt og imødekommende mennersker i VB. VB er et dejligt center at komme i med masser af forskellige maskiner og muligheder for træning.

Fantastisk oplevelse: Vesterbronx Gym er en lille bouillonterning af Vesterbro. Et super lokalt træningscenter, der er lige dele fritidsklub og værtshus. Kim står i døren, og han ka’ kung fu, men ka’ også lave kaffe. Og den er klar, når du kommer og vil smide med vægte. Og når du vakler ud med ben af gelé efter en lang snak med Gud i squatracket, laver han en shake med dobbelt op på prot og magi. Den bedste i branchen. Det bliver ikke mere Vesterbro end Vesterbronx.

Fantastisk oplevelse: Vesterbronx er et af de træningscentre der formår at rumme alle grupper og typer. Styrkeløft, crossfit, hold træning, bodybuilding og meget mere. Jeg rejser 40 min hver vej, 5 dage om ugen for at træne i Vesterbronx, og det siger en del om hvad VB er og står for.

Negativ oplevelse: Sadly a staff member here stole my Whoop device. Owner told me they had it and when I went back to collect it, it was gone. Thievery of this kind is sad and shameful.

Fantastisk oplevelse: Altid dejligt at træne i VB Du føler dig hjemme, fede maskiner og sindssygt venlige mennesker generelt. Stemningen er altid dejlig og du mærker det med det samme. Jeg fik anbefalet centret af en ven. Jeg fortryder slet ikke jeg er startet her. Efter 3 måneder kan jeg med god tro anbefale dette sted til andre. 10 stjerner herfra

Fantastisk oplevelse: Waren im Urlaub & das beste Gym, was man sich vorstellen konnte. Super nett, einfach mit Karte bezahlen. Für mich zumindest die beste Mischung aus Eisenkeller und modernem Gym, tolle Bein-Maschinen, deadlift pad und squat rack. Alle Stangen, die man brauchen kann und noch ein paar mehr. Meine Empfehlung des Tages: die pull-over Maschine. Meine Lats und Pacs brennen immer noch, 2 Tage später. Die booty builder V-squat ist auch Gold. Hatten ein paar Gyms in Kopenhagen ausprobiert, das hier war (für mich) das beste.

Fantastisk oplevelse: Har trænet i mange gyms både i udlandet og i Dk og der ingen tvivl om at jeg føler mig hjemme i VB Gym. Uanset hvilken level du vil træne på så er der plads til dig, personalet er hjælpsomme, venlige og superpassionrede omk træning så man kan altid få tips, råd og motivation ift ens mål uanset om man er motionist eller atlet. Stemningen er afslappet, der er altid rent, man kan få frisklavede proteinshakes og så er der en del personlige trænere, fysioterapeuter og massører tilknyttet gym’n, alle er de kompetente mennesker som går op i at levere kvalitet du kan regne med. Der er rigtig meget godt og solidt udstyr(de bedste brands worldwide) som løbende bliver opgraderet og skiftet ud Der er også holdtræning, alt fra boksning til cirkeltræning. 5 ud af 5 herfra og jeg anbefaler helt klart VesterbronxGym til enhver der vil træne i et miljø der ikke minder om det man finder hos de store kæder hvor det hele er mere sterilt og mainstream.

Fantastisk oplevelse: Bedste sted at træne i København. Jeg tager hele vejen fra Hellerup til Vesterbro! Fed stemning. Fede maskiner. Fed musik i højtaleren (når det er mine playlister der spilles). Og dejlige mennesker i både reception og center.

Fantastisk oplevelse: Really nice Gym Highly recommend if you love powerlifting, weightlifting or old school bodybuilding. Don't believe the other comments claiming it's not clean or that the equipment is broken. Anyone who feels more comfortable in an old-school gym than in these boring, super clean, Matrix-style office gyms is in the right place here.

Fantastisk oplevelse: Ik ga op vakantie graag af en toe naar de gym en vind het ook leuk om lokale gyms te proberen. Vesterbronx Gym is echt een aanrader voor iedereen die echt pure krachttraining wil doen. Hele gave apparaten die je niet overal vindt, zoals een pendulum en een hack squat. Daarnaast super vriendelijk personeel en een fijne, sportieve sfeer. Ik ga zeker proberen nog een keer terug te komen.

Friendly staff, great equipment, good music, clean and spacious. Overall, it's just a good vibe in the gym. I wish I had this gym back home! 100% recommend to other travellers in the area - 75dkk for a day pass or 250dkk for the week.

Positiv oplevelse: Alles da, was man zum Powerlifting Training braucht, netter Kontakt dort. Ein bisschen Abzug für die kalte Dusche, war anscheinend aber nur bei den Frauen so.

Fantastisk oplevelse: Really cool gym with literally anything that you need to work out! Clean and nice people. Women’s locker room has lockers (bring your own lock) with a shared shower; also with blow dryer and hair straightener.

The environment is very comfortable and is usually quiet, I very appreciate the fact that every time I went I could train in peace, even when it was busy it wasn't that crowed and that's really important. Everything was clean and functional. Variety of equipment. Is a small community and I think this make things easier everyone is tidy. Even though is would be nice to have a drinking fountain and a larger range of opening hours.

Fantastisk oplevelse: 10/10. Can’t rate this high enough. All the equipment you could want: weights, racks, machines, bags, bands, chalk. Perfect. Happy helpful staff gave good advice on steak restaurants in the area and let me leave my bags after my workout but before my flight. It’s obvious people like working here. And they do day passes. Will be back next time I’m in CPH.

Fantastisk oplevelse: Such a great gym. Endless racks, competition benches and deadlift platforms - perfect for the travelling powerlifter! Also heaps of machines to suit all needs. I was amazed by the variety which includes seal rows, GHR, pendulum squat, hip thruster. Very grateful to train at this gym while we stayed in Copenhagen ❤️ and such an affordable day pass price at 60k!! And chalk!!!

Olympic lifting, all machines, booty area, functional fitness, delicious protein shakes. Hagen at the reception is also very friendly. Owners please open this gym in Lisbon!

Fantastisk oplevelse: Good location, reasonably good price for Danish standards, open 7 days a week, and super friendly staff by email and at the entrance. Equipment not extremely new but very well kept, good space and when you join, they also offer a free coaching/personal session to guide you!

It cost about 8 USA dollars to do a drop-in pass. Some people do sometimes workout barefoot so keep that in mind foreigners. Overall I recommend this gym

Fantastisk oplevelse: Can't fault this gym. Has everything you need, is really cheap for Danish standards (I paid 60 Krone for a day pass), has wifi and you can get yourself a nice protein shake by the end of your workout!

Positiv oplevelse: The staff is really nice and helpful, and the music played is fantastic, but it really is a very average gym facility-wise. The equipment is just old and very basic. The cardio machines do not have any tv connection or netflix, and the lockers need an actual old style lock (no digital keypad lock). The floor exercise area is just too narrow. The free weight area is just too limited. For what it's worth they offer a month's membership. Yet, the place just does not have a very welcoming and attractive vibe. I paid for a month but I really feel like I have to drag myself to go. I just wish I'd shopped around more but I went with its high google score. Though, it just did not cut it for me and I am sorry about it. Maybe I have higher standards because of the gyms where I used to go where I came from. It's just isn't for me but perhaps you should go and see it for yourselves...
