Calisthenics Park Ørestad

Fantastisk oplevelse: Outdoor gyms are my - I always try to use them wherever I travel. This 5-6km run round trip through a wonderful parkland from where I stayed at Zoku and is one of the best I've ever seen, which is no surprise, considering Danish design prowess. There's a large variety of what you can do, including a rope climb of sorts, but I did not do it because the vertical platform was too slippery after heavy rain. You would never see anything that aggressive in the US, where much equipment is over-engineered and also not easily maintained. The best thing I saw was 3 parallel bars making two sets of bars set at different widths. That addresses a huge problem with most set-ups where there is only one width and it's always way too wide for me to use for dips. Very Inclusive and Very Denmark! Delightful!
