Fantastisk oplevelse: I have practiced yoga from Cairo to Tokyo to Ubud, Uluwatu and Muscat - but the shala means very little if there is no skilled and good instructors. I have practiced my yoga practice for almost a year at The Yoga Flat in Copenhagen and have enjoyed the very competent instructors especially in the ashtanga/vinyasa and higher level advanced classes‍♂️wonderful shalas, wonderful instructors and wonderful yogis‍♀️‍♂️ Namaste, Salam Aleikum, Sayonara - og på gensyn

Fantastisk oplevelse: Lovely and cozy yoga studio! I was there for a drop in class and everyone was kind and helpful, they have mats and various props available which was so convenient. Sarah’s class was great, I really enjoyed the sequence, level of challenge and creativity!

Fantastisk oplevelse: As a newcomer to yoga, I’ve found a warm welcome and heaps of encouragement at The Yoga Flat. The teachers are personable, kind and knowledgeable. The venues are centrally located, beautifully kept and peaceful. It’s a real drop of tranquillity in the middle of the city and I’m deeply grateful for it.

Fantastisk oplevelse: The Yoga Flat is one of the best yoga studios in Copenhagen! GREAT teachers, calm and beautiful studio environtments, and so many lovely yogis in the community. There is different styles of yoga classes and workshops. So there is many possibilities to dive into the teachings of yoga. I give The Yoga Flat my warmest recommendations!

Fantastisk oplevelse: The Yoga Flat is one of the most beautiful shalas I have ever been to in a city environment. The studio has a great location right at the entrance of the metro at the heart of Christianshavn. The teachers are all amazing and they all have a very unique and beautiful way of teaching. This studio has very high quality mats and props, especially the soft blankets that were handcrafted in Turkey from Egyptian cotton (I even bought one for home because). The monthly ticket is very very much is value for money. Highly recommend! Thank you!!

Fantastisk oplevelse: Love this place. Have been to a lot of yoga studios in Copenhagen and this is by far my favourite. Instructors are warm and inviting, super friendly atmosphere, and accessible and challenging yoga for all levels. I've genuinely never felt more at home at a studio than I do here. Would recommend to everyone. Also, well located and cheaper than a lot of other studios in the area.
