Der bliver taget hensyn til individuelle behov, og instruktørerne har altid et program med plads til alternativer! Jeg kan varmt anbefale denne lokale perle i Brønshøj - Kama Yoga

Fantastisk oplevelse: Dette yogastudie er en lille perle. Studiet er så smukt indrettet og et perfekt sted til pilates og yoga. Jeg kan især godt lide, at der er så mange forskellige lærere, forskellige former af yoga, pilates og reformer. Så kan man melde sig til en passende kursus alt efter humør og velbefindende. Kan varmt anbefales! :)
