Negativ oplevelse: Ok studio but had an issue buying a week pass with a discount. A teacher named Leah gave me the “I’m not going to help you attitude” while she paced around looking really stressed out, half listening to me trying to explain the discounts on the website. She told me she “didn’t know what I was talking about” and to “email them.” When I told her I did, but got no response, she mentioned “Christmas is a real holiday in Denmark and some people are dying in hospitals” and then stated “that was a joke”. Definitely, NOT funny to say the least. Really poor customer service and really off-putting vibes. Studio needs to train their employees about how to treat people like humans, not numbers at their yoga mill. Will not be going back, there are plenty of other studios in Copenhagen.

Fantastisk oplevelse: I started practising yoga at yogaflat since 2019. I met many teachers and been through Covid time with them, taking online classes. They offer everything I needed. Different classes, different styles, good environment, great and lovely teachers and clean studios. It feels like home to me when I walk in. Highly recommended.

Fantastisk oplevelse: Copenhagen’s most yogi studio - definitely with the most experienced teaching team. The classes are intelligently sequenced, interwoven with philosophy and mindfulness, and significantly better opportunities to advance your practice than any other studio (in cph) that I’ve visited. It is by far my favourite space to practice for this reason! Classes are also taught in English, with free mat hire and plenty of classroom space. I feel it’s super reasonably priced for Copenhagen! The studio can however be a little hard to find on your first visit, and is quite strict with ‘lateness’ - if you arrive at the class start time, you’ll find the door locked.

Fantastisk oplevelse: Participated in Leah Wrobel's Pelvic Floow workshop. It was great! Seems like I resolved my issues just by repeating one of the exercises we learned during the event. Now reading Leah's book and could definitely recommend it to everyone. Very happy that we have Leah in Copenhagen

Fantastisk oplevelse: I booked a private group session for my birthday led by Mathilde and it was amazing!!! <3 lovely studio and lovely instruction, we had a great time!

Fantastisk oplevelse: Lovely yoga community here in Copenhagen. Free mats and hot tea available at every class. Instructors are great, my personal favorite is Sarah Emilie her classes are superb. Highly recommend.

Fantastisk oplevelse: Vidunderlige lokaler, fantastisk beliggenhed og vigtigst af alt, dygtige undervisere. Som fysioterapeut er det vigtigt for mig med kompetente undervisere, som er kloge på kroppen og kroppens reaktioner. Udover en god yogatime gik jeg derfra med et bedre kendskab til kroppen, som jeg kan implementere i mine egne behandlinger ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastisk oplevelse: I’ve been coming to The Yoga Flat for over a year and it’s a constantly-rewarding experience. The standard of yoga here is high - I attend basic and mixed level and am often stretched to my limit. But the teachers are kind, encouraging and quick to remind everyone to find a variation that suits their body. I highly recommend The Yoga Flat, it’s a place to grow and deepen your practice among nice people.

Fantastisk oplevelse: Haven't been to many yoga classes before but I loved the ones offered here, as well as the teachers. The place is really cozy and has a family feel - totally recommend it. A bit pricey for me at the moment so I only tried it for a couple of months last year but if you can afford it, it's worth it! Classes offered in English, which is pretty convenient for internationals. Note that the place doesn't have showers.
