Fantastisk oplevelse: Bonne expérience dans ce studio de yoga, qui m'a permis de pratiquer même en vacances et de découvrir des approches que je ne connaissais pas. L'idée de la lumière bleue est top et accompagner l'effort par la musique est intéressant. Je pense qu'il pourrait y avoir plus de réflexion sur les playlists et les chansons, avec moins de paroles peut-être ? À voir et pourquoi pas échanger avec des étudiants en musicothérapie de la ville ;)

Fantastisk oplevelse: Visiting Copenhagen and wanted to try the Mellow Flow with creative vinyasa flows for strength, flexibility and lung capacity. Oliver in his instructor role was a very good guide in our practice. The studio, blue lighting & music was perfect. I will definitely come back on my next visit.

Negativ oplevelse: Mellow flow class with Oliver: did’t like the experience. The pace was too fast to connect to the body, the instructions were not always clear, it was difficult to see the guide in blue lights. The music was just a distraction from following your breath and body movements. I didn’t get the concept and don’t understand the hype around this studio

Real yoga but also feels like a workout and you leave the studio feeling amazing, especially during the winter. Hot but not too hot in the studio, highly recommend!

This studio made me fall in love with yoga, after years and years of trying random drop-in classes and feeling bored and disconnected with the experience. The owner, Nina, has created an incredible community - the buzz and energy before class welcomes you in and prepares you for the experience. Each class starts with the curtains closing and the lights shutting off. The music starts, and is synced throughout the class with the flow of the movements. All the teachers are excellent - the classes are flowing and filled with challenging spurts of ab, shoulder, and leg workouts. I leave, every time, feeling strong, energized, and reborn! Can’t recommend this studio enough, which I’ve come to call home. Seriously, the best deal in town!

Fantastisk oplevelse: I don’t usually write reviews, but this yoga studio definitely deserves these five stars for its unique experience, community and group of skilled and professional yoga teachers. The space is wonderfully open and warm and provides great amenities like showers and towels for after class. After two years now, my yoga practice has improved beyond what I thought my body could do and it is so exciting! All in all, the best studio you will find in CPH, hands down.

From the beginning to the end I felt taken cared of. Really recommend if you want to learn or practice yoga in the most magical surroundings.

Fantastisk oplevelse: I was hired by the owner, Nina, for a small contracting job, as well as making some furniture for the studio. From the start, i was welcommed with open arms and a smile, and treated with a spare key and as much coffee as i could stomach. When I came to deliver the two, quite hefty, pieces of furniture, both Nina and her employees got up to lend a hand. To top it all off, invoices were paid off before time. I will gladly recomend any tradesperson, who takes joy in their job, to take on assignments in Rive Gauche .

Fantastisk oplevelse: The best Yoga studio I have been to, it brought my Yoga practice to another level. The super friendly and international community made me feel very welcome. Every teacher is absolute amazing in their own ways, the combination between blue lights and loud music is absolute fantastic and unique. The studio is super well equipped, the little snack after class, towels and cosmetics you can use made me feel like home. Big recommendation to try out classes, my favourite was Flow on the Beat - it is so much fun!

Nina is a natural at aligning amazing and hardcore power flows with the playlists and her weekly specials are so much fun. Ringaile gives the most amazing workouts and has an energy like no other. I cannot stress my recommendation for the team at Rive Gauche enough!

Fantastisk oplevelse: A very immersive yoga experience that is a must have when visiting Copenhagen. I first visited the studio two years ago and now when back in town I came for two yoga classes. Both teachers I met held superb classes that were engaging, sweet, sweaty, and well balanced. The studio has a focus on music and soft lights. The really makes the yoga special and the experience amazing. The studio and changing rooms are well kept. There are towels to borrow. Snacks are served after class.

I really enjoyed the lesson by Malika - in particular because she introduced many alternatives so that I was able to join the class as well. During the lesson the blue lighting and music was something I haven´t experienced before, quite extraordinary. Definitely recommend to check this amazing place out!

Fantastisk oplevelse: It was definitely a new experience of yoga for me. I have never been a yogi person, 0 flexibility, 0 balance; and their signature classes made me fall in love with this place. The whole fact of being in the dark makes the practice intimate, you even forget there is people surrounding you. And you are completely soaked in sweat at the end of the class, amazing way to workout! I recommend this studio 100%, they have a nice chillout corner. So hygge!
