The Yoga Flat

A yoga studio in the heart of Copenhagen with a variety of yoga types like Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, Rocket, Astanga and Meditation to support all levels and types of practitioners. A Highly skilled team of international Yoga Teachers and a cosy serene vibe. Two locations and quite close to the metro and public transport the studio offers a sweet community of long time practitioners as well as completely new yogis. There is time for chats and laughs and a laid back atmosphere. We are so proud of having such an amazing and inspiring team of teachers at The Yoga Flat, and each of them truly bring something unique to the table. They together with our beautiful students are what in reality is The Yoga Flat.
