Fantastisk oplevelse: Mads was an extraordinary breathing and yin yoga teacher. He introduced me to both. I miss going to his classes since I do not live in Copenhagen anymore but I would come back anytime if I lived there!

Fantastisk oplevelse: My favourite yoga studio in Copenhagen. The classes are very varied and always of the highest quality. Studio is very charming and personal. The teachers are incredible and know when and how to challenge you (if you want to ofc). I learnt how to do arm balances within a couple of weeks!

Super great energy and a fantastically sweaty, self-challenging and self-reflecting guided flow! I highly suggest Stopping by if you are in Copenhagen looking to flow.

Fantastisk oplevelse: Absolutely love this place. The instructors are so pleasant and helpful. The Power Vinyasa is easily my favourite, as I always leave feeling like I've given my all on the mat. The social events and optional challenges have also been great fun. I also invested in their yoga mat, which effectively combats the profuse sweating that often happens! I'm going to sorely miss this place when I move away from Copenhagen.

Fantastisk oplevelse: PYC is an amazing yoga community and hands down my favorite yoga studio in Copenhagen! The space is intimate but light and beautiful, the classes are varied with lots of movement and fun. I cannot recommend this place enough!!! Try Malo's classes (sign up ahead of time - they fill up).

Fantastisk oplevelse: PyC is simply more then a professional yoga studio. It is the kind of place where you can unplug from all your daily thoughts and land into a world of peace, care and passion. The place is cosy and warming in central Copenhagen. There is a wide pool of teachers and classes for different levels and preferences, even though the largest offer centers on Power Vinyasa, a very engaging yoga style, where a huge focus is set on breath-work and free-flowing. The community is a perfect mix of locals and internationals. The owner Marie - Louise is just a super human being, extremely approachable and inspirational. Blessed to have found a family in here!

Fantastisk oplevelse: This place changed the way I treat myself...! Here I've met some of the most dedicated and skilled teachers through my 10 year yoga tenure. In return for their amazing yoga flows they expect kindness to yourself and devotion to explore your body and mind whether that is through total release or hard sweaty classes. After practising for more than two years at PYC I am stronger physically and mentally both on and off the mat. How can I thank you? Namaste:)

Fantastisk oplevelse: I love this yoga studio! Switched to this place a couple of years ago, it's the best I've tried so far and I'm definitely staying! One of the things that makes this studio so special is it's welcoming, positive, encouraging and down-to-earth vibe. The teachers and fellow yogis are awesome and there is a great variety of classes - from power workouts that really push you limits to meditative yin flows. It seriously makes my life better The classes and schedule often change and there are always new things to explore. I recommend it to everyone!

Lots of diversity in class types, and the speciality — power yoga — is easily the most challenging yoga class I've ever been to. In a good way! You definitely feel quite transformed when you leave the class. Cannot recommend this studio enough!

Fantastisk oplevelse: Rigtig godt yogasted med dygtige lærere, der virkelig giver en sved på panden, god brug af musik og et dejligt kreativt flow. Der er en rigtig dejlig og imødekommende stemning, det eneste minus er at der kun er et enkelt bad, for man har virkelig brug for et, når man er færdig hos en time hos PYC <3 Jeg kan især anbefale hip-hop-yoga-klasserne - hvem havde troede at det ville passe så godt til en svedig vinyasa klasse!

Fantastisk oplevelse: I've been practising vinyasa power and flow for 4 years and I think the instructors are really good here. I love the classes and the energy of the place and they make you feel that everyone (every level) is welcome! Also, the fact that the classes are in English is a plus for an international like me!

Fantastisk oplevelse: The classes are varied and easy to follow even with no previous experience.

Negativ oplevelse: Will not recommend this for anyone but advanced yogis. With their flow-over-technique approach you can experience a class in total flow-on-the-go and an almost meditative state of mind. Personally, I missed attention to detail when it came to the poses, a slower build up before the flow-session would have been very helpful. Of course one can try and catch on, in my experience, that's when injuries occur. Do note that you have to sign a waiver before class. The tempo is really fast, and the instructor guides the class (if you can hear anything from the otherwise great music). However, it also means that there's not necessarily time to get the help you might want right away. Personally, I got frustrated by the 20 minute wait, felt like I did it all wrong, and started to do poses I knew to the instructor's dismay. That said, the room is light, clean and everything you want from a yoga studio. Although a bathroom more would have been nice, since eager-to-shower takes up the only restroom. Do take your shoes off before you enter. They're VERY particular about that. If you're average or beginner, I'd find another place. If you're advanced and want to get your flow on, have a flow time.

Fantastisk oplevelse: I was for 1 month in Copenhagen and looking for a nice Yoga studio to go in this time. I'm super happy to have picked Power Yoga Studio as it just turned out to be the perfect place. The studio is really nice and centrally located, the teachers are brilliant and the vibe of the participants is both motivating and kind. I really enjoyed to be temporary part of this community. If I'm back in town in future I definitely come back. Thank you!

Fantastisk oplevelse: So far, I have been to two classes in two days. I am so in love with this studio. It is beautiful, light and clean. Both instructors were amazing! I have practiced yoga all over the United States and love the fresh flows the instructors at Power Yoga Copenhagen created. My physical strength was challenged, my balance, emotion, fortitude, and endurance. These creative flows and perfect cueing made challenged me and centered me. After an international flight, I needed just this studio and these flows! I highly recommend this studio to locals, travelers, yogis, yoginis & everyone else!

Fantastisk oplevelse: I haven't done yoga more than a handful of times, and that was several years ago. So showing up to Power Vinyasa was a little intimidating, but that feeling quickly left me after the great instructor starting guiding us with her hypnotic voice, caring adjustments to my (terrible excuses for) poses, and great music. Far better than anything I've ever tried, so I have a feeling it'll stick this time around. I'll see you guys again soon!

Fantastisk oplevelse: Seriously love this studio! Went for a free first class and was blown away with how friendly everyone was before class and then how sweaty we got during class. Major props to Marie-Louise! I always thought yoga was easy, but the emphasis on breath and clearing our minds was even harder than I imagined. Definitely coming back and would recommend to anybody looking for an hour of physically and mentally intense exercise!

Fantastisk oplevelse: Definitely the best yoga studio in Copenhagen (coming from a non-local who had the chance to try a lot in a relatively short amount of time). The teachers are amazing and there's a class for everyone (they even have free meditations for anybody who doesn't have a membership). Not to mention coffee, tea and fruit after each class....:) If you're looking for a signature class to try I highly recommend Power Vinyasa with Marie-Louise, she's the best instructor I've practiced with in Copenhagen and you leave her class feeling like a new human.

Fantastisk oplevelse: Super cool and friendly place just a couple minutes walk away from Christianshavn Station. They offer a range of classes in both English and Danish. They specialise mostly in power vinyasa which is fun and challenging, and I also enjoy their yin classes where I can just relax and stretch while reflecting on my day. Added extra for me that with many yoga studios I had the problem that I had to pretty much sign a life long contract in blood, so I am particularly happy with the many different membership plans they offer.

Fantastisk oplevelse: You won't find a better workout AND spiritual awakening at the same time through Marie-Louises Power Flow sessions. Opened my eyes to yoga practice and offers a range of different classes from Power Vinyasa to Yin and Ashtanga - and more challenging versions. Great vibe and great people on top.
